ohashiTrio debuted in 2007. He is also active under another guise as a composer for TV shows, commercials and movies, including such works as 2009’s ‘April Bride’, 2010’s ‘The Lightning Tree’ and 2017’s ‘Policeman and Me’. He is also the composer on NHK’s children’s animation ‘Nyanbo!’ and TBS Television’s ‘The World Heritage’. 

Celebrating the 15th anniversary of his debut, in February 2022 ohashiTrio released the best-of album ‘ohashiTrio best Too’, followed by a 15th-anniversary concert titled TRIO ERA 2 at the Tokyo International Forum Hall A on November 3. 

A complication album of his best collaborations, ‘ohashiTrio collaboration best -off White-’ was released on January 11, 2023. He will provide the theme song and background music for NHK’s Sturday drama series ‘Tantei Romance’, due to begin broadcasting on January 21.
