Ｗe would like to announce a part of in-person event in Shibuya STREAM Hall in Tokyo has now an alteration of plan.

The details of modifications of in-person event are as follows:

1．The installation of booths of exhibitors in Shibuya Stream Hall is cancelled.

2.  The business meeting was originally scheduled to be held in Shibuya STREAM Hall, but has been changed to ONLINE only.

*If you wish to have a face-to-face meeting with an exhibitor after making an appointment individually, you can use the meeting space set up in Shibuya STREAM Hall, 5 floor during the 3 days.

3.   The live music showcase will be filmed during the daytime for 3 days (October 17 – 19) and streamed each night that it’s filmed. (Japanese time)

International buyers can watch the live performances during filming. Also, there are the opportunities to meet the artists or the related people who you are interested in direct for business negotiation.

4.   The welcome reception party is canceled.

5.    You can see the business seminars which are carried out in Shibuya STREAM Hall. (They are streamed via TIMMONLINE)

Buyer registration of in-person event in TOKYO will begin in early October.
