She first became popular as a “Terebi Senshi (TV Soldier)” in the NHK program “Tensai Terebi-kun (Mr. Genius Television)”, appearing as a regular for 4 years since 2002. After that, she started to appear in movies, TV programs, plays, TV commercials, radio programs, etc. She debuted as a voice actress with the role of Rin Hoshizora in “Love Live!” in 2013. She was also part of the cast of the anime “Re-kan”, “VENUSPROJECT -CLIMAX-“, and “elDLIVE“. Released a solo debut album, “rippi-rippi”, in July 2015 and then went on to release two single CDs. Her 2nd album, “rippi-holic”, ranked 4th on the Oricon Weekly Ranking in August 2016. In addition to her work as a voice actor, she appears in many TV entertainment series. She also appeared in the fall 2018 TV anime “Juliette of the Boarding School” as a voice actress and sang the ED song “Itsuka Sekai ga Kawaru made” (Someday until the world changes). On September 5th, 2018, she released her mini-album “Special days”. On December 4th, 2019, she released her 20th anniversary album, “20th Anniversary Album -rippihylosophy-“ under NBCUniversal’s music label.

以降はアニメ「レーカン!」「VENUSPROJECT -CLIMAX-」「エルドライブ【elDLIVE】」などでキャストとして出演。2015年7月にはアルバム「rippi-rippi」でソロデビューし、その後2枚のシングルをリリース。2016年8月に発売した2ndアルバム「rippi-holic」はオリコンウィークリーランキングでも4位(8/29付)を記録。

2018年9月5日にはミニアルバム「Special days」、2019年12月4日に芸能活動20周年記念アルバム「20th Anniversary Album -rippihylosophy-」をNBCユニバーサルよりリリース。
